During my trip around the world, I stayed in Iceland for 10 days and rented a campervan here. Although you have to pay a lump sum at the time of rental, it is not expensive considering the cost of hotels and meals in Iceland. The car I rented this time was new and equipped with cruise control, and the owner was kind enough to help me with my inquiries about the best time to rent it. I can't compare it with other companies, but I think this is the best company to rent a campervan in Iceland.

My husband and I rented the camper for a 4 day trip along the South Coast. The van was perfect, spacious for the two of us with all the essentials to make for a smooth trip. Before taking off, the owner provided us with helpful information about driving in Iceland, along with safety websites for weather, road conditions, and campsites. I highly recommend Iceland Campers!

Whilst this is a new and small business just setting out, the customer service was excellent (friendly, welcoming, responsive) and the campervan (a Renault Traffic) was perfect for two people travelling around Iceland. It was a spotless vehicle and was well equipped with everything you would need to cook, eat either inside or out and was extremely comfortable to sleep in. We were picked up promptly from the airport and were given some additional landmarks to visit for our itinerary. We highly recommend this company!

Exceptional! We rented a van with two friends for a road trip around the island. The van was in perfect condition, very functional, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. The service was also impeccable and very accommodating in case of any issues. A big thank you to them!

Campervan is the only way to get around Iceland! Iceland Campers were amazing. I had the van for almost 6 weeks, clean and the bed was actually really comfortable. Great communication and really convenient with the pick up and drop off to the airport. I'll be seeing them again for sure!
